open.gis.lab is an open learning lab based in Portland, Oregon. It is a blog site that provides free tutorials, guides, and workshops center on applied GIS using open source mapping and data, as well as ESRI’s ArcGIS suite of applications.
open.gis.lab was started by Stephanie Saephan in 2016 as a way to help foster the open source GIS community in Hawaii. She is now based in Portland Oregon. Learn more about Stephanie.
